摘 要:随着社会经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高，旅游文化产业呈现飞快的发展。淹城因其独特的历史背景，加上现代化的游乐设施，正受到越来越多人的青睐。但是淹城旅游产品开发过程仍然存在很多不足：淹城遗址文化资源挖掘不足，淹城主题公园缺少地方特色，淹城旅游产品体验性不足以及仿古街区“有城无客，有街无市”，所以本文提出以下解决方案：通过核心文化价值形成核心文化产品、强化配置型产品的真实性、整合区域性旅游资源打造支持性旅游产品和通过扩展性旅游资源营造文化氛围，以此来提高淹城知名度，带动淹城景区的发展。91993

改革开放以来，我国旅游业获得了迅速的发展。在知识经济的背景之下，如何抓住机遇促使我国旅游业进一步发展，是我国旅游业界人士最为关心的问题。我国拥有上下五千年的文化，文化是旅游之魂，随着旅游者对文化旅游兴趣的增加，旅游产品的开发更要满足现代旅游者求新、求异、求知的需要。因此重视旅游产品的开发，形成具有地方特色的旅游产品，才能吸引消费者，带动当地旅游业的发展。
