区域经济与生态环境耦合协调发展研究以淮河生态经济带为例

摘要:区域经济与生态环境方面的研究一直是众多学者关注的重点，探讨耦合机制并分析二者相互作用的关系显得尤为重要。本文在分析淮河经济带发展现状的基础上，利用经济与生态环境系统协调发展的耦合模型，对淮河生态经济带江苏区域、河南区域以及安徽省的21个城市2010年与2015年间经济发展与生态环境的耦合协调发展状况进行定量研究，结果显示2015年淮河生态经济带生态环境系统与经济系统的协调发展水平较2010年得到较大提升，由2010 年的中度协调类发展到2015年优质协调类，大部分城市也由2010年的磨合阶段提高到了2015的高度耦合阶段。通过这些年的努力，淮河生态经济带的经济和生态环境建设都得到了一定的提升和改善，部分地区的环境发展水平甚至高于经济发展水平，但淮河生态经济带的经济环境发展仍面临着巨大的挑战，在接下来的十三五规划中如何加强经济与生态环境的协调发展，仍旧值得思考。92246
