摘  要：当代社会正处于一个科技飞速发展的时期，企业与企业之间有着猛烈的竞争关系，一个企业若是想要在激烈的国际大环境下生存下来，就必须加强对新员工素质的培养，使其组织充满活力，实现企业的成长。新员工培训是培训工作的重要出发点，对新员工培训效率的研究是为了确保新员工得到有效培训，这是本文重点研究的问题。本文分为四个部分来介绍提高新员工的培训效率，先从培训的概念出发，然后介绍了新员工培训的主要方法，重点放在了新员工培训中出现的问题及提高新员工培训效率的方法上。93014

 Research On Improving The Efficiency Of New Employee Training 

Abstract：The contemporary society is in a period of rapid development of science and technology, there is fierce competition between enterprises and enterprises, if an enterprise wants to survive in the fierce international environment down, it is necessary to strengthen the training of the new staff quality, make the organization full of vitality, to achieve business growth。  The new staff training is an important starting point of the training work, the study of the efficiency of the new staff training is to ensure the effective training of new employees, which is the focus of this paper。 This paper is pided into four parts to introduce improve new employee training efficiency, first from the training concept, then introduces the main methods for the training of new employees。This paper focus on the problems in the training of new employees and improve the efficiency of the new employee training method。

一、培训的概述

（一）培训的含义

培训是指组织为了提高员工的工作绩效，改善他们的工作能力，培养他们的创造性思维，而努力使员工获取各种知识、技能。培训主要是让员工通过学习的手段，不断丰富自己的知识，不断的进步，从而达到企业期望员工达到的水平。实现员工和企业共同盈利的局面，提高其整体实力，实现企业的发展。

（二）培训的目的
