摘  要：企业员工的忠诚度是指员工对于企业所表现出来的行为指向和心理归属,即员工为其所服务的企业尽心竭力的奉献精神。员工对企业的忠诚度既反映了企业管理的好坏，又关系到企业的成本和利润。随着社会经济的发展、员工流动率的增长，员工对企业的忠诚度降低。如何实现和提高员工的忠诚，建立一支忠心、勤奋，努力进取的员工队伍，是当前很多企业所面临的关键问题。提高员工忠诚度是解决员工流动问题的高效办法。从企业内部、外部，员工自身方面着重分析问题，并提出有效的解决方案。93539
