摘 要：淮安人文荟萃，人杰地灵，拥有丰富的历史文化名人旅游资源，为淮安发展旅游业提供了良好的优势，而旅游业的发展也会推动淮安地区经济的发展。本文的研究围绕淮安旅游业的发展这一主题展开，从历史名人文化角度分析淮安旅游业发展的现状、以及存在名人旅游资源分散、相关基础设施不完善、名人文化旅游产品开发方式单一以及市场营销力度不足等问题，提出应该以市场为导向，加大投资力度，整合名人文化旅游资源，完善旅游设施建设，创新旅游产品的开发，扩大营销宣传等对策，推动淮安旅游业更好的发展。 93644
