摘  要：伴随着城市化进程的不断深化，公众对政府期望值也在不断提高，为适应新形式的要求，建设服务型政府就成为政府改革目标模式。审视目前我国服务型政府的建设状况，我们发现还有许多急需解决的问题，因此必须确立公民本位、社会本位的新型理念；架构行为规范、廉洁高效的体制结构；加强民主参与、政府回应的制度建设；探索便民高效、公开规范的行为方式。否则，服务型政府的建设就难以取得满意的效果。93664

The Construction of Service-oriented Government in the Process of Urbanization in China
