摘  要：我国社会主义行政执法开始于根据地时期的红色政权，建国以后几经起落，至今已有半个多世纪的历史。行政执法发展到今天，可以说已初具规模。近年来，强化行政执法的具体工作不断得到加强，并且越来越受到人们的重视。然而在不断的改革阶段，也凸显出我国行政执法中存在着执法依据不够科学、行政机关的职责范围不明确，执法机关手段单一，行政人员素质差以及执法环境上待改善等多种问题。解决目前这一现状务必要加强立法工作，完善法律法规体系，转变执法方式以及提高行政人员执法水平。93665

Research on the problems and Countermeasures of administrative law enforcement in China
