环卫工人职业倦怠分析基于山西省汾阳市环卫工人的调查

摘要：职业倦怠的现象目前在各个职业领域都普遍存在，而从事服务业行业工作的人员是产生职业倦怠最明显的高发人群。随着国家的进步，人们生活水平的提高，环卫工人在城市建设中发挥着举足轻重的地位，每天奔波在各自工作区域，维持着城市街道的清洁，但在工作过程中，他们要承受来自很多方面的压力，在长期的高负荷劳动中，他们逐渐丧失了工作的热情，身心出现疲劳，情绪衰竭，对工作失去耐心，成就感降低，导致出现了职业倦怠。本文将通过MBI量表以及问卷调查来了解目前环卫工人职业倦怠的情况，探索其产生职业倦怠的影响因素。93786

Abstract: burnout phenomenon at present in various professional fields exist, and engaged in the service industry work is high incidence of job burnout is the most obvious。 With the progress of the country, the improvement of people's living standard, the sanitation workers in urban construction plays a pivotal position, rush about every day in their own work area, maintaining city streets clean, but in working process。 They want to under a lot of pressure, in the long-term high workload。 They gradually lost enthusiasm for the work, physical and mental fatigue, emotional exhaustion, lost patience with work, reduced sense of accomplishment leading to the emergence of the job burnout。 This thesis will through the MBI and questionnaire survey to understand the sanitation workers job burnout of Condition, to explore the influence factors of occupational burnout。
