摘  要：本文主要论述如何提高企业团队凝聚力问题，首先分析阐述了企业团队凝聚力的内涵、重要性，并对企业团队凝聚力的现状以及存在的问题作了深入的研究。在此研究结果上，对影响企业团队凝聚力的原因进行的全面分析。在得出的分析结果后，归纳总结出一系列提高企业团队凝聚力的方法。本人认为提高企业团队凝聚力是一个循序渐进的过程。提高领导者素质，完善企业管理机制、建设良好的企业环境等，这些提高企业团队凝聚力的措施都需要全体团队成员共同的努力才能做到。93875
