摘要：当代中国，城市化进程的步伐仍无法停滞的持续前进，但是相伴而来的一系列民生及管理问题也日渐明显成为不可忽视的一种问题。软件的建设跟不上硬件建设的步伐，使得在城镇建设中，公民因其自身政治需求难以有效的实现，从而导致城市化建设受到质疑和阻碍。本文从简要分析城市化与基层管理民主建设的关系开始，对城市化和基层管理民主建设的现状和发展问题以及二者之间相互影响、互相制约现象进行原因分析，就基层管理民主建设如何能适应城市化进程的浪潮、运用城市载体来进行自我完善提出思考和建议。94134
