摘要：随着经济社会的发展，公务员的职业道德素质是社会发展所关注的一个重要问题，同时也是衡量公务员职能是否充分发挥的一个标准，而乡镇公务员作为最基础的干部，面对最广大的人民群众，其职业道德问题尤为突出，这些行为严重损害了地方政府在人民心中的形象，削弱了公信力，对社会造成不良的影响，容易引发社会矛盾。因此我们通过研究乡镇公务员职业道德建设的现状，剖析乡镇公务员职业道德问题存在的原因，提出问题解决的方案和措施，完善公务员制度，使其更好地符合我国社会现代化发展的需要。本文通过案例来论述乡镇公务员制度存在的问题，并提出相应的解决方案与措施。94261
