摘  要：现如今，越来越多的大学生选择了自主合伙创业，然而创业团队的根基不是很稳固，带着青春的冲动。同时这样的创业团队又是脆弱的，经不住社会和市场的考验，稍有不慎就会分崩离析。本文着重分析大学生创业团队的组成及其“星型” 、“环形”， “拼图形”三种类型，结合管理学理论，分析团队意识的缺失、不健全的制度、团队财富的分配三个因素是如何影响团队凝聚力的，并提出培养团队意识，明确组织分工与协作，建立学习型组织等对策推进大学生创业团队的凝聚力的打造。94324
