摘要：抗日战争时期，淮阴区和清江浦区的地理位置显要，是日寇打击的重要目标，因而拥有大量的抗战遗址。通过实地调查，发现这些抗战遗址的保护与利用的现状不佳。文章认为可以从分级保护、分材质保护、及时修复等角度出发，通过全方位加强宣传工作，规划抗战文化旅游线路，开发抗战历史文化资源，以达到对抗战遗址科学保护、合理利用的局面。94332

Abstract: During the Anti-Japanese War, the geographial position of Huaiyin District and Qingjiangpu District is so important that there are many sites of Anti-Japanese War in these two districts。 Through field investigation, it is found that the protection and utilization of these sites are not in good condition。 This thesis thinks that we can take action from these aspects: classified protection, different protection of different materials, repair in time etc。 Then strengthening propaganda work on all aspects, planning Anti-Japanese cultural tourist routes, developing Anti-Japanese historical cultural resources, in order to achieve the rational use and scientific protection of these sites。
