摘要:随着科技的不断发展，市场对产品的需求日趋个性化，企业不仅要提供质优价廉的产品，而且要提供多样化、快捷化、服务完善的产品，并致使传统的生产管理模式不再适用于企业的发展。为了寻求一种适用于新时期企业发展的生产管理方法，本文尝试性地对约束理论展开研究，并将其引入到企业的生产管理中，以期提高企业的生产能力。本文分析了约束理论（TOC）的产生背景及现状，详细探讨了约束理论的基本思想，包括其指标体系、九项基本原则、五大核心步骤。并将约束理论与MRPⅡ、JIT三种管理模式迸行了对比，分析了约束理论的优势。本文以A公司为例，针对其生产现场存在的各种问题，以约束理论思想为指导找出了其瓶颈问题产生的根源，运用TOC的思维流程，“改什么”、“改成什么样”、“怎么改”对A公司的生产现场进行改善，达到提升该公司生产能力的目的。总体步骤：第一步，分析生产现场，发现生产现存在的问题，生产瓶颈；第
二步，解决问题，突破瓶颈；第三步，收集整理数据，分析改善后达到的效果，得到生产能力提升的结论。

Abstract:.
