摘 要：全面建设小康社会一直是我国的目标，但就当前来说我国全面建设小康社会的重点难点在农村。全面建设社会主义新农村有的重要的意义，在乡村发展中，村民自身的经济收入在很大程度上决定着农村的发展。在农村中往往存在着财富差距，而农村中财富与权力是如何分配的，这样的分配是否公平合理，效益最大化。农村干部的收入对于村民是否有区别，权力是否影响着财富分配，基层民主的推进是否会对乡村发展产生影响。本文在对现今研究进行整理的前提下，简要列举分析研究现况，并指出当前需要进行研究的关键问题, 希望为该领域的发展起到一定的作用。28027

A study on grass roots democracy and rural development
Abstract：Building a well-off society in an all-round way has always been the goal of our country, but for the time being, the key and difficult point of building a well-off society in an all-round way is in the countryside. It is of great significance to build a new socialist countryside in an all-round way. In the rural development, the economic income of the villagers determines the development of the rural areas to a great extent. In the rural areas, there is often a wealth gap, but the distribution of wealth and power in the rural areas, such a distribution is fair and reasonable, the maximum benefit. Whether the income of rural cadres is different from the villagers, whether the power affects the distribution of wealth, whether the promotion of grass-roots democracy will have an impact on rural development. Under the premise of sorting out the current research, this paper briefly lists the current situation of the analysis and research, and points out the key issues that need to be studied, hoping to play a certain role in the development of this field.
