摘要：船舶建造与修理业是仅次于采矿业和建筑业的高危行业，由于其作业环境复杂，周期长，各种工艺、工序、工种繁多并且不断交替重复进行，火灾爆炸危险有害因素无论在数量上还是在事故发生后果的严重程度上，都尤为突出。通过技术和管理层面的进一步分析研究，可以有效地加强船舶建造与修理过程中火灾爆炸事故的预防和控制，降低火灾造成的人员伤害和财产损失。
本论文主要针对某船厂在修造船过程中可能导致火灾的危险因素进行分析和防控措施的研究。其中对火灾危害最突出的气体火灾和油品火灾在焊接和涂装工艺中的特点进行更为系统的分析和评价，分析评价结果，从而进行相关的通风及防火设计，采取一定的有效的防护措施，使危险源得到控制、事故的发生率有所降低。5435

Fire Prevention and Control Research of Boat Construction and Repair in One Ship Factory
Abstract: the construction industry is second only to ship mining and construction of high-risk industries, because its work environment complex, cycle is long, all sorts of technology, processes, various type and alternating repeated, fire and explosion danger harmful factors in the number or whatever the accident to the severity of the consequences, particularly outstanding. Through the technical and management levels further analyzed, can effectively strengthen to ship construction process of fire and explosion accident prevention and control and reduce personal injury and property damage caused by the fire.This paper focuses on fire hazard factor analysis and research of prevention and control measures in the ship building and repair process. Among them, the most prominent fire hazard is gas fires and oil fires in welding and coating process, which is analyzed and evaluated more systematically here. Ventilation and fire design after the analysis of the result and take some effective protective measures to decline accident rates.
