摘要以淮安为研究对象，运用经济联系强度的引力模式、断裂点理论及辐射范围等方法，对淮安增长极的空间作用进行综合分析评价，从而突出淮安作为苏北重要增长极的地位。结果表明：淮安作为苏北重要中心城市，在经济联系强度上居于首位，成为苏北、苏中的经济发展核心；在作用范围上，各城市空间作用范围不一，层次性明显，并且淮安无绝对优势，对其他城市的辐射作用不强，因此加强淮安与其他城市之间的联系，实现区域联动，打造增长极，共筑崛起梦。41459

A Preliminary Study on the Spatial Reconstruction of the Growth Pole of Huaian
