摘要:脚手架工程生命周期包括设计、搭设、使用、拆除四个主要环节,本文首先分析了四个环节中的危险有害因素和常见的问题,找到事故发生的途径,为事故预防提供方向。从技术和管理两个角度出发,分析了导致不同类型脚手架事故的原因,并对脚手架坍塌事故和脚手架高处坠落事故进行事故树分析,绘制事故树图,计算最小割集、最小径集,比较结构重要度的大小。通过事故树分析脚手架发生的主要原因,为脚手架的事故预防提供理论依据。从人的不安全行为和物的不安全状态两个方面分析导致脚手架高处坠落事故的原因,并使用LEC评价法对脚手架物体打击各事故致因进行分析,得到各致因的危险性大小,为事故预防提供侧重点。根据前面的研究工作,从管理和技术两方面入手,对脚手架生命周期的不同环节提出了相应事故预防措施。42312

Safety analysis and accident prevention of the scaffold project
Abstract:Scaffold project life cycle includes four main link of design, build, use, demolition, in this paper, we analyzes the four links of the dangerous and harmful factors and common problem respectively. To find the ways of the accident, provide direction for accident prevention. From two perspective of technology and management, we analyzes cause of the different types of scaffolding accident, then the scaffolding collapse accident tree analysis, falling accident, accident tree charting, calculation of minimum cut sets and Minimal path set, compared the size of the structure importance. Through the fault tree analysis of the main reasons for scaffolding, we can provide theoretical basis for scaffolding accident prevention. Then we use LEC evaluation method for scaffolding objects against the accident cause analysis, get the cause of the accident risk, provide focus for accident prevention. According to previous research work, different links of scaffolding life cycles of the scaffold project accident prevention measures are put forward from the two aspects of management and technology。.
