摘要城市软实力作为衡量城市可持续发展的重要指标，越来越得到城市规划者的重视，因此，如何提升城市软实力就得到了学术界的广泛关注。
笔者查阅了杭州市统计年鉴、杭州市统计局公开信息等统计数据，充分运用图书馆资源，阅读大量参考文献和书籍，系统的对城市软实力相关研究进行梳理，通过因子分析、回归分析等统计学方法，借助SPSS18.0软件，进行统计建模和定量分析，从选取的11个变量中，找出影响杭州市软实力的主要因素，并对如何提升杭州市软实力提出了建议。
最终本文得出了以下结论：杭州市软实力与其社会团体机构情况、人均文化产业产值、人均医疗病床数、空气质量为优或良的天数、社保覆盖率、城市人均公共绿地面积、当年游客数目、人均财政性教育支出有关。杭州软实力的进一步提高，应从提升文化软实力、公共服务水平和科技创造力着手，由全社会全民参与提升城市软实力工程中去，夯实杭州软实力建设的市场平台，建设高端化技术平台、群众性的互动平台。46695
Cities soft power as an important indicator of sustainable urban development, more and more attention to urban planners, therefore, how to enhance the city's soft power to get the attention academia.
I looked Statistical Yearbook of Hangzhou, the Hangzhou Bureau of Public Information and other statistical data, make full use of library resources, a lot of reading and reference books, systematic research on the city's soft power to sort through factor analysis, regression analysis and other statistical learning methods, with SPSS18.0 software for statistical modeling and quantitative analysis, from the selected 11 variables to identify the main factors affecting the soft power of Hangzhou, Hangzhou, and how to enhance the soft power suggested.
Finally we draw the following conclusions: Hangzhou soft power and its social organizations or institutions, the per capita output value of cultural industries, the number of beds per capita health, air quality is the number of days with good or excellent, social security coverage, urban per capita public green area, when the number of tourists per capita expenditures related to financial education. Further enhance the soft power of Hangzhou, should enhance the cultural soft power, public services and technological creativity started, the people involved in the whole society to enhance the city's soft power projects go, tamp Hangzhou soft power market platform, building high-end technology platform, interactive platform mass.
