摘要文章从起重机械行业的发展近况入手，介绍了起重机安全评价系统的重要性与必要性。然后从人为因素、设备因素、管理因素、环境因素四个方面进行分析，构建了一套起重机安全评价指标系统，同时采用层次分析法确定了各项指标所占的权重。最后通过无量纲化处理等一系列方法对指标进行了量化分析。47872

    制定了软件的总设计目标，设计了系统的功能模型以及总流程。通过将之前的起重机安全评价指标系统以及量化系统对应的数据录入至数据库中；然后，针对每一个模块，进行了框架设计、数据库的关联、功能的实现，完成了整个软件的设计，最后展示了不同角色的用户使用本软件的流程。

Title     Design and Research of Crane Safety Evaluation     System                                         

Abstract

This paper first outlined the background about development of lifting machinery industry, and introduced the importance and necessity of crane safety evaluation system. Based on analyzing factors of human,  equipment, management and environment, the survey established the crane safety evaluation system and led through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to establish a set of weighted safety factors. Finally, the study quantified the factors with a series of method, such as Non-dimensional treatment.

In the second part, this survey defined the main objective of software design, and then developed the functional model and general flowchart. Next,it input data which included the crane safety evaluation system and quantization system to the database. This study accomplished the frame design, relation of database, and function for each module. After that, the entire software design was finished. Finally, the paper displayed the using process of different users.
