摘要随着经济的迅速发展，城市中大型活动的举办日益频繁。在这些大型活动举办期间，城市交通量剧增，且在短时间内有大量交通流的发生和集散，一旦大型活动期间发生突发事件，交通管理者需要以最快的速度将交通流疏散出事件发生区域，以保证人民的生命财产安全。因此，如何有效地组织交通，采取合理的疏散策略成为迫切需要解决的问题。这也是本文研究的主要问题。
本文分析了国内外对大型活动突发事件应急疏散的研究现状和大型活动突发事件的交通特性，并对突发事件进行分级，阐明本文的研究是针对影响大，危害大的突发事件，在此基础上，提出了大型活动突发事件下的交通组织管理方案和疏散策略。在疏散策略方面，本论文论述了突发事件紧急疏散的组织机构和组织过程，并提出了应急避难所的选择原则，最后，本文提出了拥堵车辆疏散路径选择和疏散被困人员的最优疏散路径的选择模型。7577

Title: Traffic organization and evacuation in emergencies of special events
Abstract
With the rapid development of the economy, urban special events held in the city have become increasingly frequent .There is a sharp increase in urban traffic during special events , and mass traffic flows are occurred and centralized and decentralized at a short period of time. Once emergency is happened during special events, managers need to evacuate mass traffic flow out of special events zone that aims to ensure public life and assets safety. Therefore, how to make traffic organization effective and ensure the evacuation of traffic safety are urgently needed to resolved.
Firstly, this thesis analyses the research of emergency incidents of special events at home and abroad, then the traffic characteristics. Secondly, this thesis clarifies that the study is against emergency incidents with huge endanger. This article raises traffic organization and evacuation schemes on the basis of above. In terms of traffic evacuation , this paper researches on the issue of the emergency evacuation path of vehicles and crowd under emergency incidents .

1.1 研究背景及意义
近年来，随着我国经济飞速发展和人民生活水平的提高，城市中各种大型活动，尤其是以大型文化体育活动、会展、商业促销活动为代表的大型活动日益频繁，以北京市为例，北京市每年举办的大型活动数量庞大、类型众多、情况复杂，仅2006年举办的.单场次参加人员在5000人以上的大型活动便有7000余场次[25]，涵盖了经济、文化、体育、旅游、教育等社会生活的各个领域。这些大型活动极大地丰富了城市居民的物质文化生活，同时也增大了城市的影响力，给城市带来了巨大的经济效益。但另一方面， 这些大型活动也给城市交通带来了巨大压力。 大型活动突发事件交通组织与疏散对策研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_5597.html
