摘要社会工作督导通过社会监督员的监督工作，提升专业水平，以满足客户的需求，保持社会工作服务的良性运转，促进社会工作专业的发展具有重要的意义。基于本土社会工作督导探索和体验呈现，丰富的知识，社会工作的监督系统领域，引导社会工作实务监督员也进行了重要的作用。但是，现有的在这一领域目前的学术研究却很少。57968
本项研究是对上海的社会服务机构的社会工程监理模式工作的探索性研究。研究人员本身在那里实习 - 以上海市阳光社区为例，通过分析社会监督机制项目的现状，探索上海的社会服务机构工作的社会工程监理模式，以便为当地社会服务机构监管工作开展提供一些参考。

研究进一步指出，由于目前社会机构工程监理模式仍然处于不断探索的过程中，这种模式将以下问题不可避免地监督：及时的监管力度不够，信息反馈滞后;受当地环境和强有力的外部监督;内部组织结构监事设计不科学;国内的监管部门脆弱的关系;工程监理以及缺乏系统的规划。原因相结合的采访中，研究人员将导致这些问题归结为三类：缺乏宏观层面的社会环境，中观层次的政府，社会工作服务及投资机构，缺乏社会知识，微观的有限性的主要制约因素水平的监督。
最后，从四个层次的研究人员社会机构项目监管模式的问题提出的方式，以提高社会工作的监督项目：首先，政府要积极创造社会工作的发展创造有利的宏观环境;其次，要建立健全制度规范，完善监督机制;第三，监事应当从自己的角度水平，着力提高监管的个人综合素质的专业水准;最后，从自己主动项目的社会需求，开展自主学习，不断加强自己的专业知识和职业技能。只有政府，社会工作服务，项目管理人员和社会工作者四方联动，共同努力，确保朝着专业化的方向社会项目的监督。
