摘要适宜性分析（suitability analysis）是一种用于识别最适合的地方，寻找未来的土地用途的工具，适宜性分析技术使环境管理者和规划者能够对位置，发展行动和环境要素这三者之间的相互作用进行分析评价，从而提出对空间开发的政策性建议。本文选用网格作为评价单元，对生态重要性、灾害易损性、水环境容量、可建设用地比例、交通可达性、人口与经济集聚度这六项指标进行综合评价，将新沂市空间开发适宜性等级划分为低适宜、较低适宜、中适宜、较高适宜和高适宜五种类型，从而在此基础上进行更为合理、更具计划性的安排，以促进区域协调和可持续的发展。

Study on the Suitability of Spatial Development in Xinyi City Based on GIS

Abstract Suitability analysis is a tool used for identifying the most suitable place and finding the future land use. Planners can use suitability analysis of the environmental management to analyse and evaluate the interaction of position, development activities and environmental factors. Based on this, suggestions can be given for the space development. In this paper, grid is chosed as evaluation unit. After synthetic analysis about six evaluating indicators including ecological importance, vulnerability of disaster, water environmental capacity, proportion of construction land, traffic accessibility, population and economic agglomeration degree, the city of Xinyi is pided into five types: high suitability, moderate suitability, middle suitability, critical suitability and non-suitability. On basis of this, some more reasonable and more planned arrangements are made to promote regional coordination and sustainable development.
