摘要在对徐州市湿地资源进行调查的基础上，介绍了徐州市湿地资源的现状，揭示了徐州市湿地资源的面积、类型、分布情况以及动植物资源状况，分析了徐州湿地资源的特点与旅游、生产和运输以及生态等主要功能，探讨了徐州市湿地利用保护现况与管理中存在的主要问题及其成因，最后，从政策法规体系、内部机制协调、民众湿地保护意识、监测体制、湿地保护资金投入、湿地保护专业人才队伍、奖惩机制7个方面，提出了徐州市湿地资源的保护对策。71851

The Wetland Resources Investigation and  Protection Countermeasures 0f Xuzhou City

Abstract On the basis of the wetland resources investigation of Xuzhou city, this paper introduces the present situation of its wetland resources, and reveals the area, types, distribution and animal and plant resources about the wetland resources。 Then, this paper also analyses the characteristics of the wetland resources and its main functions, such as tourism, production, transportation and ecological function。 In addition, this paper discusses the present situation of the use of its wetland resources, the problems in the management of the wetland resources, and the cause of the problem。 Finally, at the end of the paper, the protection countermeasures of its wetland resources are put forward, and these countermeasures have seven aspects including the policies and regulations system, the coordination of the internal mechanism, the protection consciousness of the wetland resources, the monitoring system, the money invested about the protection of the wetland resources, the professional talent team of the protection of the wetland resources and the rewards and punishment mechanism。
