摘要干旱是主要的自然灾害之一,其出现频率高、持续时间长、影响范围广。不 仅对地区工业生产、人民生活和生态环境造成重大影响,而且会给农业生产带来 巨大损失。四川地处中国西南腹部,受其独特的气候类型和复杂的地形地貌的影 响,各类自然灾害频发。近年来四川频繁发生旱灾,旱灾严重阻碍农业生产和国 民经济的发展,给国家和人民带来了巨大的损失。
因此,探索一种实时、动态的干旱监测方法,构建适用于四川省气候地形的 干旱监测模型显得尤为重要。遥感技术的发展和传感器的不断完善,突破以往定 点测量的局限性,能够及时准确地反映四川省受灾范围和程度,对采取积极有效 的防旱措施具有深刻的现实意义。72235
本论文结合 MODIS 与 TM 遥感数据对四川省 2009 年 6 月份的夏旱灾情进 行监测。将地表温度、归一化植被指数和水体指数作为影响因子构建旱情监测模 型。最终根据模型指数划分阈值确定受旱等级,并定量分析受旱等级的数量和百 分比,以探索四川省夏旱的时空分布规律,为以后的农业生产、受旱状况及人工 干预提供基础数据。

The Application of Dynamic Drought Monitoring Based on MODIS and TM Remote Sensing Data
Abstract Drought is one of the major natural disasters, it has the characteristics of high frequency ,long duration and wide range of influence。Drought not only brings harms to regional industrial production,people's life and ecological environment,but also causes huge losses to agriculture production 。Sichuan province is located in the southwest of China,with its unique climate type and complex topography, many kinds of natural disasters frequently occur 。In recent years ,Drought occurs frequently in Sichuan ,which seriously hinder the development of agricultural production and national economy, caused huge losses to the country and the people。
Therefore, it is extremely important for us to explore a kind of real-time, dynamic drought monitoring method and to construct drought monitoring model which is suitable for the climate and terrain of Sichuan province。 The continuous development of remote sensing technology and the improvement of the sensor, breakthrough the limitations of previous fixed-point measurement method, can timely and accurately reflect the affected range and degree of Sichuan province, which is of great importance for us to take positive and effective drought-resisting measures 。
This paper monitors drought in Sichuan province in June 2009 though MODIS and TM remote sensing data,and the drought monitoring model is constructed by the factors including land surface temperature, Normalized Difference Vegetation Index
and Water Index 。Finally,according to the model of drought index to differentiate threshold , determining the level of the drought ,and quantitatively analysis the number and percentage of drought conditions。 Exploring the time and space distribution of drought in Sichuan province,is to provide the basic data for the future
of agricultural production ,drought situation and manual intervention。
