摘要:通过对徐州市2005年、2015年两个不同时期的遥感影像进行解译，通过土地利用动态变化模型以及ArcGIS空间分析，可以得出从2005年到2015年徐州市土地利用类型的变化；通过马尔柯夫模型来预测2015年到2025年土地利用的转型。72875
徐州市2015年土地利用情况：耕地的面积最大，占徐州市总面积的60。66%，建设用地面积次之，占徐州市总面积的12。54%，水域、林地、未利用地所占比例之和只有26。80%；从2005年到2015年这10年间，徐州市的耕地面积处于大幅度减少趋势，相反建设用地迅速扩张，水体和林地都有明显的变化；预测:徐州也会朝着健康的方向发展变化。最后总结出土地利用转型的原因，针对徐州土地资源目前的状况，为徐州土地资源的合理利用和发展提出相关意见。

1研究背景
