摘要新疆生产建设兵团自从成立以来，从祖国内地各个地方来到新疆的热血青年，一直扎根新疆，为建设新疆，开发新疆，保卫国防，做出了巨大贡献和牺牲。他们不仅完成了祖国和人民交给的光荣任务，同时也完成了自己从异乡人到本地人的身份转变。当年的兵团第一代已经有了儿女和子孙，老军垦和他们的儿女以及军垦第三代之间的价值观念和生活方式，都随着岁月的变迁发生了较大的变化。当年老军垦的兵团精神的传承，也在随着时代的发展逐渐淡化。本文以自己的亲身调查和访谈资料为基础，试图对新疆兵团三代人的生活方式及价值观念的变迁作出描述和分析，并对当前存在的问题提出思考和建议。73318
