摘要徐州市的社会与经济正进入快速发展的变革时期,解决社会发展中面临和即将面临的问题,特别是徐州市农村发展的变革问题,是徐州市发展变革的一个重大问题。徐州市农村居民点整理潜力分析,对更好更快的完成徐州城镇化发展,解决发展中可能遇到问题,并提出参考和建议具有重大的意义。73878
本文的数据的来源主要来自徐州市2015-2020年城乡规划、2014年徐州市年鉴和徐州市遥感图像。农村居民点整理潜力分析是一个复杂的工程,因此针对不同的地方,要结合本地的实际情况,采取相对适宜的方法。本文主要采用人均建设用地标准法与城镇体系规划法相结合的方法,积极结合徐州市未来整体规划,运用GIS技术更加直观清晰的测算出徐州市农村居民点的潜力值。
通过对徐州市地区的居民点整理潜力研究发现,徐州市的农村居民点土地利用现状为人均300m2,远高于国家标准的150m2/人,农村居民点整理潜力指数为50%。徐州市的丰县、睢宁县人均整理潜力比较大,邳州市、新沂市农村居民点用地的总面积基数大。另外铜山区的三堡镇;新沂市的港头镇、草桥镇;邳州市的八路镇、燕子埠镇、占城镇;睢宁县的官山镇;沛县的鹿楼镇;丰县的孙楼镇;农村居民点整理潜力居大;

Abstract Xuzhou society and economy is entering a stage of rapid development。 It is a big problem for Xuzhou to make great efforts in Innovation and looking for ways to solve the problem of rural development。 Potentialities evaluation of rural settlement consolidation has great significance for Xuzhou in the rapid development stage。
The data in this thesis depends on Xuzhou urban and rural planning from 2015 to 2020。 What’s more , The data of this article mainly origins on Xuzhou Statistical Yearbook 2014 and remote sensing image of Xuzhou。 Potentialities evaluation of rural settlement consolidation is a system engineering。 Therefore, combining with the actual situation in the region, Xuzhou should adopt appropriate methods。 This paper mainly combines the method of the per capita construction land with the method of urban and rural system planning。 What’s more, in order to calculate the result clearly, this paper also using GIS technology。
Through research potential settlement finishing Xuzhou City area found that rural residential land in Xuzhou City Utilization per capita is 300m2, far higher than the national standard 150m2 / person。 So the rural residential land consolidation potential index is 50%。 Per capita land consolidation potential of Fengxian and Pizhou is bigger than other city。 The total area of rural residential land in Pizhou and Xinyi has a large base。 What’s more , Sanpu Town in Tongshan city; Gangtou Town and Caoqiao Town in Xinyi City;Balu Town、Yanzipu Town and Zhancheng Town in Pizhou;Guanshan Town in Suining city; Lulou Town in Peixian City ; Sunlou Town in Fengxian City;has a big rural residential land consolidation potential。
