摘要本研究以泗阳县作为研究区，在搜集整理泗阳县数据（泗阳县的行政区划、交通道路、小学点位分布）的基础上，通过ArcGIS软件对泗阳县进行数字化。运用统计分析；网络分析；空间差值法；并且运用了泰森多边形的方法对泗阳县做出布局优化的分析。结果表明：泗阳县的义务教育资源不够均衡，集中体现在数量、空间方面，大多数小学都集中在政府的附近，相反泗阳县的周边乡镇小学数量略少，同时在义务教育的资源布局优化与人口密度分布、学校服务范围、交通通达度与不同区域的经济文化发展水平不一样有关。73879

Abstract The target research region is Siyang County。 After the data collection of Siyang County (Administrative Division, Road Traffic, Elementary School Distribution), information of Siyang is digitalized through the use of ARCGIS software。 The educational resource allocation of Siyang is optimized by statistical analysis, network analysis, spatial interpolation method as well as Thiessen polygon method。The analysis result shows that the compulsory educational resources are unevenly distributed in Siyang County, especially in terms of the quantity of schools in different districts of Siyang。 Most of the elementary schools are distributed near government while only few schools located in the villages and towns around Siyang County。 This optimization of compulsory education resources is closely related to population density, influential area of school, developing levels of traffic transportation and economic development level。 Reasonable proposals are given in this research。
