摘要睢宁县处于江苏北部，研究睢宁县的土地扩张与人口增长为了加快睢宁县的城镇化速度，提高城镇化水平，逐渐步入人口增长和土地扩张协调发展。城镇化是社会发展的必然趋势,实现中国的现代化唯一的办法。在中国城镇化过程中加速增长和城镇化是中国目前面临的最重要的问题。所以选择县和乡镇土地扩张和人口增长作为本文的重点,讨论的时间变异睢宁县人口城市化和土地城市化和谐发展。在研究过程中，采用了如下研究方法：统计分析法、定量分析法、和综合评价法。2001-2015年间，睢宁县城及镇区的人口增长率分布在-3%-19%之间；而面积增长率分布在-14%-13%之间，从数量上看，部分乡镇的面积和人口出现失调现象。从空间分布看，土地显著扩张的镇区分布在睢宁县的西部和县城的周边，人口显著增长的镇区分布在睢宁县北部和南部，有的在县城周围有的在睢宁县边缘地带。人地关系基本和谐和有所紧缩所占镇区数目较少。73881
