摘要随着宿迁市经济发展和人民生活水平的提高，城市规模不断扩大，城市地下 管线的作用与重要性日益凸显。我国的城市地下管线探测方法由早期的开井调查 到物探技术的应用，继而发展到现在的内外业一体化的工作模式。地下管线档案 资料的管理也由传统的人工管理为主过渡到数字化信息化的管理方式。尽管现在 仍然面临和存在着一些比较棘手的实际问题，但是地下管线探测与管理技术发展 前景依旧广阔。73913
据统计，2012 年国家第一批智慧城市 90 个试点所申报的重点项目中，涉及 地下管线与空间综合管理类的项目约占 63%。这也表明大量地方政府自发性的认 识到地下管线信息化、智能化建设已迫在眉睫，智慧管线项目将成为各个城市智 慧城市试点工作的核心。
本文所写的是对宿迁市地下自来水管线进行普查的细节，利用 RTK 与平板 电脑进行外业测量，再通过平板电脑将数据等信息传回公司，由公司内业与研发 部门进行进一步校核，从而实现内外业一体化。

Abstract With the economic development of Suqian and the improvement of people's living standard, the scale of the city is expanding, the function and importance of urban underground pipeline is becoming more and more important。 China's urban underground pipeline detection methods from the early exploration wells to the application of geophysical technology, and then to the current integration of internal and external detection technology。 The management of the underground pipeline archives information is from the traditional manual management to the management mode of digital information。 Although it is still faced with some of the more difficult practical problems, but the development of underground pipeline detection and management technology is still broad prospects。
