摘要城市首位度体现了一个区域内人口规模在最大城市的集中程度，便于衡量出一个区域内城市规模结构的分布情况。而本文以浙江省为例，结合了城市首位度的概念和计算方法，通过浙江省2005年——2014年人口规模的数据，计算出浙江省城市首位度的指数值，评价分析得出浙江省“强省弱中心”的城市首位度现状，并针对现状问题提出了强化杭州的核心地位；利用政府的宏观调控，扩展大城市数量；建设产业集聚，打造城市圈；注重文化底蕴的积淀等对策来提高浙江省城市首位度。77357

Abstract Primary index reflects a concentration of population size in the biggest city of the area, it is easy to measure the distribution of urban size stuctures in the area。 this text takes Zhejiang Province as an example。 It get the urban primacy index of it, which is based on the data of the primacy index in Zhejiang from 2005 to 2014, through combining the concept of the primacy index with its computing method。 After the appraisal analysis, the current situation of the urban primacy index in Zhejiang is that the whole province is powerful but not so as the central cities。 For this situation, it comes out some solutions like strengthen the core statue of Hangzhou, use the macro-control of the government, expend the quantity of large cities, develope the industry agglomeration, make the city circle , pay attention to accumulating the cultural deposits and so on。 All of these are aim to improve the urban primacy index of Zhejiang province。
