摘 要门诊中的挂号业务是医院的前沿,它是直接对外服务的窗口。本文研究的对 象是寻找医院门诊挂号业务的柔性资源,以缓解挂号整体时间长的问题,即患者 挂号的等待时间、患者挂号的队列、患者走到挂号窗口的距离等。本文将基于资 源柔性并结合排队论去探讨公共设施在人流规划方面应当考虑的因素,通过对某 医院门诊挂号业务患者排队的数据采集、实例分析找出相应问题,寻找可优化的 资源柔性,并利用 flexsim 等工具和方法对现状进行分析和优化,并设计出多种 合理优化方案,最后对多种改善方案进行评价,分析各方案的特点与不足之处, 选出最优方案,提高患者就诊满意度。79417

Simulation Research on Queuing of Qutpatient Registration Service in a Hospital Based on Resource Flexibility
Abstract The business is registered in the outpatient hospital frontier, it is a direct foreign service window。 The object of this study is to find hospital outpatient registration business flexible resources to alleviate the overall registered long time problem that the waiting time for patient registration, patient registration cohort, patients come from the registration window and so on。 This paper will be based on resource flexibility combined with queuing theory to explore the factors in the flow of public facilities planning should be considered by patients in a hospital outpatient registration business queued data collection, case analysis to identify the appropriate questions, find resources to optimize flexibility, and flexsim use other tools and methods to analyze and optimize the status quo, and a variety of reasonable design optimization, the final evaluation of a variety of programs to improve the analysis of the characteristics of the various programs and shortcomings, select the best programs to improve patient treatment satisfaction。
