摘要：工程项目中的进度控制与质量控制、投资控制一样，是工程项目中的三大重点控制目标之一，在工程项目的三大目标控制关系中，质量控制是根本，投资控制是关键，而进度控制是中心。随着现代施工对施工工艺的要求越来越高，对进度的控制也愈发显得格外重要。我们一方面可以通过平行施工或者压缩关键工作等方法来加快工程进度。另一方面可以加强在施工过程中的督察力度，及时反馈，如若拖延，则立即进行督促与整改。同时可采用更加高效的施工方法，施工机械，进一步优化施工时间，以保证工程的顺利竣工。81770
