摘要制革废水的水质复杂,水量变化大,所以,需要进行处理后才能直接排放。设计制革污水处理水量25000m³/d,污水水质:COD=2600mg/L,BOD=1300mg/L,SS=2000mg/L,pH=9~10,色度380倍,硫化物70mg/L,总铬30mg/L。制革污水处理后达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)中的一级标准,即出水水质达到COD≤100mg/L,BOD≤20mg/L,SS≤70mg/L,pH为6~9,色度≤50倍,硫化物≤1。0mg/L,总铬≤0。5mg/L。84530
采用物化-生化处理方法,即混凝沉淀+接触氧化工艺。制革废水经过格栅进入初沉池,流入调节池,调整水质。然后,污水进入混凝沉淀池,采用聚合硫酸铁作为混凝剂,SS的出去效率为85%。污水流入接触氧化池,最后污水流入二沉池,出水COD为78mg/L,BOD为16。6mg/L,SS为29。4mg/L,色度为25。2倍,总铬为0。48mg/L,硫化物为0。98mg/L达标外排。污泥排入集泥井,经过污泥浓缩池,由泵房排入脱水间,最终污泥外运。
