摘要本实验主要采用静态呼吸图法制备聚苯乙烯-嵌段-聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(PS-b-PNIPAM)单组份的多孔膜、以及PS-b-PNIPAM 分别与聚苯乙烯-嵌段-聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PS-b-PMMA)、聚苯乙烯-嵌段-聚氧乙烯(PS-b-PEO)和聚四乙烯基吡啶-嵌段-聚氧乙烯(P4VP-b-PEO)形成的双组份多孔膜。本文重点研究了溶剂、聚合物的浓度以及聚合物的比例对薄膜的孔径大小、孔密度的影响。结果表明:CHCl3和CS2是良好的溶剂,成膜效果好。在同一溶剂下,浓度的增大会使得成膜孔径变小,孔密度增大。随着溶液浓度的增加,聚合物的沉积速率也会增加,从而导致聚集在溶液表面的溶质快速增加,因此得到的孔密度增大,聚合物沉积的速率增大也导致了聚合物孔径减小。对于双组份薄膜而言,PS-b-PNIPAM所占比重越大,亲水嵌段比例增大会使得液滴增大,也就使得孔径变大。86258

Abstract In this paper, polystyrene-b-poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PS-b-PNIPAM) single component porous film, PS-b-PNIPAM/ polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate)( PS-b-PMMA) two component porous film, PS-b-PNIPAM/ polystyrene-b-(ethylene oxide) (PS-b-PEO) two component porous film,and PS-b-PNIPAM/ poly(4-vinylpyridine)-b-poly(ethylene oxide) (P4VP-PEO) two component porous film were prepared by static breath figure technique。 The effects of solvent, polymer concentration and the ratio of the polymer on the pore size and pore density of the thin film were studied。 The results show that CHCl3 and CS2 are good solvents and can make more regular porous film。 As for the effect of solution concentration, with the increase of the solution concentration, the size of the pore of the porous film becomes smaller and the density of the pore increases。 With the increase of the solution concentration, the polymer deposition rate will increase, the amount of the polymer which exist in the surface of the solution increases, so the density of the pore increases, the increase of polymer deposition rate also led to the decreases of polymer pore size。 For two component porous film, the increase of proportion of PS-b-PNIPAM makes the pore size becomes larger。 That is because the increase in the proportion of hydrophilic block will make the droplet increase。
