摘要:建立准确、快速而有效的余氯标准监测方法,不仅能够确保监测数据真实有效,而且对于水质的监测和评价,饮用水的安全、人体健康及生态安全都具有很显著的意义。实验采用了分光光度法研究了水质中游离氯和总氯的分析测定。建立了N,N-二乙基-1,4-苯二胺分光光度法的测定方法。由于游离氯标准溶液不稳定且不易获得,本实验以碘分子代替游离氯做校准曲线。所建立的方法对碘酸钾在ρ(Cl2)(mg/L)浓度为0.20-2.00mg/L的范围下线性关系良好,且精密度均小于2.0 %。可用于水中游离氯和总氯的分析测定的研究。分光光度法结果表明,测得游离氯和总氯的含量的相对平均偏差均小于2.0%。以上结果为监测水体质量和控制水体污染提供依据。19979

Water quality - Determination of free chlorine and total chlorine
Abstract:Establishing an accurate, rapid and effective chlorine standard monitoring method,can ensure that the monitoring data is true and effective. And it also has the vital significance for the monitoring and evaluation of water quality ,security of drinking water , human health and ecological security.The experiment used spectrophotometric method to research the determination of free chlorine and total chlorine in water quality.In this experiment, we established a method for the determination of using N, N-diethyl-1, 4-phenylenediamine.Because of the standard solution of free chloride is unstable and difficult to obtain,in this experiment, I uesd molecular iodine instead of free chlorine to finish the calibration curves.The method we established for potassium iodate has good linear relation in the range of 0.00~2.00mg/L,and the precision is less than 2%,which could be used in the research of determination of free chlorine and total chlorine in water.The results show that the relative average deviation of free chlorine and total chlorine content are both less than 2% respectively.These results provide a basis for water quality monitoring and control of water pollution.
