磁性壳聚糖功能复合微球的制备研究

摘要:本次试验先制备纳米Fe304磁性粒子,再使壳聚糖与纳米粒子复配制备了壳聚糖磁性微球。后通过单因素法分析,逐步确定了本次试验的最佳实验条件:壳聚糖浓度为1.5%,纳米Fe304磁性粒子/壳聚糖质量比为1:2,交联反应时间为60min,交联反应温度为40℃,其收率为45.3%。总体看来,试验是成功的,制得的微球光滑完整,成球性较好,粒径大小也符合要求。实验最后,利用红外光谱仪和扫描电镜分析产物。经过仪器的表征,可以看出制得的壳聚糖磁性微球粒径分布较窄,也较小,可作为良好的磁性靶向药物载体,为磁性靶向药物的研究做下准备。20228

Preparation of functional magnetic chitosan composite microspheres
Abstract : In this work,the magnetic Fe304 nanopartlcles with narrow size-distribution were prepared by chemical co-precipitation firstly,then the magnetic chitosan(CS) microspheres were prepared by a suspension cross-linking technique with the CS and magnetic Fe304 nanoparticles prepared in first step。Besides, I gradually determine the optional experimental conditions of the trial after the univariate analysis : the concentration of Chitosan is 1.5% , the mass ratio of Fe304 nano-magnetic particles / chitosan is 1:2, the crosslinking reaction time was 60min and the crosslinking reaction  temperature was 40℃.the yield was 45.3%. the magnetic chitosan(CS) microspheres in the optional experimental condition have good sphericity, uniform size, and the average particle size has met the requirements, At last, I analysis the production with Infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analyzer. Above all, Chitosan magnetic microspheres prepared have small particle sizes, narrow particle size distribution and strong magnetic response which can be used as magnetic targeting drug carrier material, besides the preparation of magnetic drug targeting will get further clinical studies.
