摘要:本次设计的目的是尽可能的满足效率、经济、操作等多方面的要求,设计出更为合理的甲醇水填料式的精馏塔的塔体结构,各个零件的选择和布局,各个附件的选择和布局,以及每一个连接件之间的连接形式和连接方法的选择。当然,也要满足应力校核,满足风载荷要求,满足地震载荷要求。在安置连接件的地方需要在筒体上开孔,这时需要考虑是否需要开孔补强。并且,接管,筒体,封头之间的连接需要怎样的焊缝形式来连接,都是考虑的重点。材料方面则要同时考虑经济,能否正常使用,是否会被长时间的使用而严重损坏,以及腐蚀方面的防护的要求是否满足等等都是材料选择上极为重要的环节。在附件的选择方面因为要同时满足经济性,操作的便捷性,效率的达标程度等等方面需要综合考虑,不能出现多余的附件,多余的零件,多余的接管等等。
