摘要环境影响评价报告书是环境保护部门对一些重大的建设项目实施后对该区域周围环境所产生影响的预见性评定。根据对项目所在地现状监测,对项目可能产生的污染物、项目的环保设施的设计的评价,从而评估该项目对环境的影响。本文拟对一个污水处理厂提标改造进行环境影响评价,原项目采用CASS工艺,处理规模为4万吨/天,于2010年投产运行。现进行技术升级改造,改造完成后,使污水处理厂的出水水质从目前的《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB18918-2002)》一级B标准提高到一级A标准。本文所编制的环境影响报告书主要包括以下几个内容:(1)建设项目基本情况(2)建设项目所在地自然环境、社会环境简况(3)环境质量状况(4)评价适用标准(5)建设项目工程分析(6)项目主要污染物产生及预计排放情况(7)环境影响分析(8)建设项目拟采取有防治措施及预期治理效果(9)结论与建议。87121
