摘要:本文利用脱乙酰基魔芋葡甘聚糖溶胶将乙酰胆碱酯酶均匀滴涂在PET (polyethylene terephthalate,聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)膜上制成酶膜。然后,将酶膜紧覆在pH电极上,得到电位型农药传感器。本文制备了批量生产测试条的模具,采用排枪移取和滴加酶液。在最优条件(温育时间为20 min,温育温度30 ℃,反应温度35 ℃)下测试后,得到关于农药浓度与抑制率的线性关系。测试条的稳定性和互换性良好,测试条在1个月后的响应值保持在90 %左右,测试条的相对平均偏差在1 %以下。20806

Study of the Scale Fabrication of Potentiometric Biosensor for Organophosphate Pesticide Detection
Abstract: In this paper, deacetylation of KGM Sol evenly in the acetylcholinesterase enzyme membrane made of PET(polyethylene terephthalate)film. Then, the enzyme membrane overlap the pH electrode tightly, get potential pesticide sensor. In the production process of the mold, to be ranked according to the design specifications of the gun on the size of the blank mold, and the mold is fixed on the film, the film is required to close the mold in order to ensure the stability of the film after the enzyme was added dropwise. After the test under optimal conditions (incubation time of 20 min, the incubation temperature of 30 ℃, the reaction temperature is 35 ℃), to obtain a linear relationship between the concentration of pesticides on the inhibition rate. And test strips for stability and interchangeability made the corresponding experimental results are test strips after a month there is still about 90% efficiency, good stability, and the relative mean deviation ultimate potential remains at 1% or less interchangeability is also very good.

1.1 农药危害概述
1.1.1 我国农药的生产、使用状况
中国有国土9.6亿多公顷,耕地1亿多公顷。因为幅员辽阔,地理环境和气候条件复杂,农作物品种繁多,虫害发生频繁,给农业生产造成了严重威胁。农药是当前我国农业生产中用于降低病、虫、杂草对农作物危害不可或缺的一种重要物质,对促进农业生产有极其重要的作用。近年来我国农药的生产量(100%计)约达 38.2万吨,制剂约80-l00万吨 ,生产品种共250多个,位居全世界第二,包括杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀鼠剂、杀菌剂、除草剂和植物生长调节剂等许多种,销售额占世界农药市场总销售额的8%-9%。直到2000年底,我国现有农药合成厂大约500个,加工厂家约l600多家。年产量在万吨以上的7个杀虫剂品种中有6个是有机磷类农药,分别是:甲胺磷 、甲基对硫磷 、敌敌畏、敌百虫 、乐果 、氧乐果。目前我国农药的生产使用仍旧以杀虫剂为主,产量超过27万吨,占农药总产量的70%以上。在杀虫剂类农药中,有机磷农药占70%。在有机磷农药中,发达国家禁用的高毒的甲胺磷、久效磷、对硫磷、甲基对硫磷、氧乐果、敌敌畏等在我国占70%,高毒、剧毒农药的比例占总量的35%。 农药残留测试条的批量生产工艺研究:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_12719.html
