摘要钴是一种生活中较为常见且使用广泛的金属元素,它的物理性质和化学性质与铁,镍都相类似。随着科学的不断发展,人们发现钴元素在人体中扮演着十分重要的角色,并且在其他学科领域也有着较为重大的影响,因此,对它的测定准确度十分重要。87238
钴的测定方法有很多,无论是分光光度法,火焰原子吸收光谱法还是石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,都已经是较为成熟的测定方法。它们的各个学科领域都有着很深远的影响。同时,人们对于元素测定的要求愈发高,测定方法也随之不断改善。
本实验通过在等量的钴溶液中分别加入不同浓度的FeCl3溶液或FeSO4溶液,再加入适量的酸溶液调整到合适的pH值,加入亚硝基R盐作为显色剂,配液后分别用光度计测定吸光度。根据测得的数据相互比较,得到最后的结果。如果存在干扰,那么干扰元素是否会因为其他原因消失。
根据实验结果可知,在钴溶液中无论是加入二价铁元素或者三价铁元素,只要溶液中加入了足够的酸溶液,最后测得的数据与钴元素标准溶液测得的数据相同,可见测定出来的钴含量不会受到铁元素的干扰影响。

There are many ways to the determination of cobalt in spectrophotometry and flame atomic absorption spectrometry and graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry, have already is a mature method。 Their every field has a far-reaching influence。 At the same time, people more and more high to the requirement of determination of elements, measuring method and then continue to improve。
Experiments by the same amount of cobalt in the solution in different concentration of FeCl3 solution or FeSO4 solution, then add the right amount of acid solution to adjust to the appropriate pH value, add nitroso R salt as chromogenic agent, after the liquor with a photometer respectively absorbance。 According to the measured data are compared, get the final result。 If there is interference, the interference elements will disappear for other reasons。
According to the experiment,In cobalt solution whether adding bivalent iron or trivalent iron, as long as the solution to add enough acid solution, the measured data and cobalt element standard solution measured data, the same visibility determination of cobalt content will not be affected by the interference of iron。
