摘要：云南香原料资源丰富，不仅是云南各民族人民物质生活的重要自然资源之一．而且在当地的经济发展过程中也起着重要作用，其中很多种类香原料运用在烟草行业。本课题主要研究云南特色香料提取物在烟草加料加香中的应用，根据对实验给定的空白烟的评析结果，选择合适的香原料调配加料香精和表香香精,经过反复评吸和修改配方来改善卷烟吃和香气,使得加料加香后的样品卷烟烟气柔和适口、刺激性小、杂气减少、余干净舒适，整体烟香协调。最后，评价云南特色香料提取物对卷烟香气及觉的影响，并总结云南特色香料提取物在卷烟中应用效果。21080

Research on Yunnan characteristic flavors extracts in tobacco feeding flavored
Abstract: Yunnan is very rich in flavors resources,lots of them can be exploited presently on commercial scale .They serve as one of the important natural resources on which people of all nationalities there rely,and play a certain role in improving economic development .Noteworthy，various species of flavors can be utilized in cigarette industry．The issue is mainly studied on Yunnan characteristic flavors extracts in tobacco flavoring application.Experiment according to the given blank cigarette smoking as a result,the appropriate choice of monomers spices, modulate compound feed essence and table, after repeated smoking cigarettes and modify the formulas to improve taste and aroma,make the samples after charging flavored cigarettes smoke perfectly soft, excitant small, mixed gas decrease, the finish is clean and comfortable, incense smoke to coordinate as a whole. Finally,evaluate the influence of Yunnan characteristic flavors extracts for aroma and taste of cigarette, and draw a conclusion of the application effect of Yunnan characteristic flavors extracts in cigarette.
