摘要:在经济高速发展的状态下,随着工厂、生活等各类垃圾的日益产生,垃圾堆积过多且不容易处理问题的产生,还有电力的使用日益增大。垃圾焚烧发电作为新型的发电方法正受到越来越多的重视。垃圾焚烧发电利用技术中,生活垃圾焚烧过程产生的烟气中,含有大量的污染物(如颗粒物、酸性气体、重金属等),这些物质视其数量和性质对环境都有不同程度的危害。因此,焚烧烟气排入大气之前,必须进行净化处理,使之达到排放标准。由于“二噁英”造成的污染严重,所以尽量控制排放烟气中不含有“二噁英”。也是设计的主要内容,根据活性炭吸附技术知识,通过文献调研,理论计算等方法设计反应器的尺寸为9.5m×5.5m×9.5m,活性炭吸附层一共采用三层的一套技术可行的垃圾焚烧发电尾气塔型吸附装置,实现垃圾焚烧发电厂尾气中“二噁英”除净。21236

Design Waste Incineration Power Plant Flue Gas Purification System Activated Carbon Adsorption Unit
Abstract: In the state's rapid economic development, with the growing produce plants, life and other types of garbage, garbage piled up too much and not easy to deal with problems, as well as the use of electricity is increasing. Waste incineration power generation as a new method is being more and more attention. The use of technology in waste incineration flue gas generated during incineration of municipal solid waste, and contain large amounts of pollutants (such as particulate matter, acid gases, heavy metals, etc.), these substances depending on the number and nature of the environment in varying degrees of damage. Therefore, prior to incineration flue gas into the atmosphere, must be purified, so as to meet emission standards. Due to pollution "dioxin" the serious, so try to control emissions in the flue gas does not contain "dioxin." The main content is also designed based on activated carbon adsorption technical knowledge, design a technically feasible waste incineration power generation exhaust tower type adsorption apparatus by the method of literature research, theoretical calculations, to achieve waste incineration power plant exhaust "dioxin" .
