摘要电弧炉粉尘是冶金工业三废之固废的一种,回收和利用的问题一直是冶金与环境工作者关注和研究的焦点。尽管电炉粉尘回收利用已有一些研究或实际开发,但因粉尘成分及含量的差异,大部分粉尘的处理仍主要是露天堆放或填埋处理,占用土地资源,更危害自然与人类健康。87359
铁酸盐材料是一种应用广泛的功能材料,已在吸附、催化、磁性材料、吸波材料等多个领域有所应用。虽然铁酸锌的合成方法多样,而水热合成法因其所得产物粒径均一而备受关注。
本课题以天工电弧炉粉尘为研究对象,对电弧炉粉尘进行水热处理;再以浸出液为铁源,通过附加氧化锌,水热合成出目标产物铁酸锌,并进行了XRD和SEM表征。最后以所得产物为光催化剂,研究了其对模拟染料废水的光催化降解性能。实验表明,水热浸出的适宜条件为温度140℃,3h,盐酸浓度3mol/L。水热合成铁酸锌的条件为Fe:Zn=2:1,180℃,6h;焙烧温度对产物的粒径有显著影响。在太阳光下,所得铁酸锌对配制的50mg/L甲基橙、龙胆紫和孔雀石绿溶液的脱色率分别为33。56%、49。09%和92。38%。

Abstract Electric arc furnace dust is a kind of solid waste metallurgical industrial waste, the recycling and utilization of the dust has been the focus of attention and research of metallurgy and environmental workers。 There has been some research and practical development in EAF dust recycling use, but because of the differences in the composition and the content of the dust, most of dust is mainly open dumps or landfills。 These methods occupy land resources, more harm to the natural and human health。
Ferrite material is a functional material widely used, and has been applied in many fields, such as adsorption, catalysis, magnetic materials, absorbing materials and so on。 The synthesis method of zinc ferrite is perse, and the hydrothermal synthesis method is concerned with the particle size of the product。
In this paper, the dust of the electric arc furnace is studied, and the water and heat treatment of the electric arc furnace dust is carried out。Then leaching solution as the iron source, through additional Zinc Oxide, hydrothermal synthesis of the target product of zinc ferrite, and the XRD and SEM characterization。Finally, the photocatalytic degradation of simulated dye wastewater was studied by using the obtained product as photocatalyst。The experimental results show that the optimum conditions for hydrothermal leaching are temperature 140 degrees C, 3h, hydrochloric acid concentration 3mol/L。The condition of hydrothermal synthesis of zinc ferrite is Fe:Zn=2:1, 180℃, 6h, and the calcination temperature has a significant effect on the particle size of the product。Under the sunlight, income of zinc ferrite on the preparation of 50mg / L methyl orange, gentian violet and malachite green solution decolorization rates were 33。56%, 49。09% and 92。38%。
