摘要本文对高炉煤气除尘系统进行了介绍,对高炉煤气腐蚀的研究现状做出了描述。模拟高炉煤气管道的腐蚀环境,设计实验,利用恒温水浴锅让Q235B钢片在不同的温度下进行腐蚀实验。配置含有Cl-,SO42-,NO3-浓度不相同的几种溶液,运用失重法研究溶液中酸根离子的浓度对腐蚀速率产生的影响。利用化学站测得钢片在HCl溶液中的腐蚀曲线并对其进行简单的分析。最后利用扫描电镜来观察腐蚀后的表面形貌,并且分析它的腐蚀情况。87360
实验表明在60℃,70℃,80℃,90℃四种温度下,90℃时腐蚀速率最快,在70℃时腐蚀速率相对较低。在相同PH值和温度的情况下,Cl-和NO3-对钢片的腐蚀速率比SO42-快,其中Cl-的腐蚀速率最快,NO3-次之。当溶液中Cl-的浓度比较低时,浓度增加,腐蚀速率上升。当溶液中Cl-的浓度很高时,浓度增加,其腐蚀速率下降。溶液中NO3-和SO42-的浓度升高,腐蚀速率稍有下降。钢片在氯离子的腐蚀下的极化曲线的腐蚀电流的密度较高,极化电位较负。
通过实验得出,在70℃时,酸液的腐蚀速率最低。氯离子对钢片的腐蚀速率最快,其次是硝酸根离子,腐蚀速率最低的是硫酸根离子。溶液中的氯离子含量与腐蚀速率的关系复杂,溶液中硝酸根离子和硫酸根离子的含量升高,腐蚀速率略有降低。

Abstract In this paper, blast furnace gas dust removal system were introduced research status of blast furnace gas to make a description of corrosion。 Simulation of blast furnace gas pipeline corrosion environment, design experiments, using a constant temperature water bath so that Q235B steel corrosion test carried out at different temperatures。 Configuration containing Cl-, influence SO42-, NO3-concentration of several different solutions, through weight loss study ion concentration in the solution of the corrosion rate generated。 Measured by chemical station steel corrosion in HCl solution curve and its simple analysis。 Finally, using a scanning electron microscope to observe the surface morphology after corrosion, and analyze its corrosion。
Experimental results show that at 60 ℃, 70 ℃, 80 ℃, 90 ℃ under four temperature conditions, 90 ℃ when the corrosion rate of the fastest, at 70 ℃ relatively low corrosion rate。 In the case of the same PH value and temperature, Cl- and NO3- corrosion rate of the steel plate faster than SO42-, wherein the corrosion rate of the fastest Cl-, NO3- second。 When the solution is a relatively low concentration of Cl-, the concentration increases, the corrosion rate increases。 When the high Cl- concentration in the solution, the concentration increases, the corrosion rate decreases。 SO42- and NO3- concentration in the solution increases, the corrosion rate decreased slightly。 The corrosion current density higher steel in chloride ion corrosion polarization curve polarization potential more negative。
By experiment, at 70 ℃, acid corrosion rate is the lowest。 Chloride ions on the corrosion rate of steel fastest, followed by nitrate ions, the corrosion rate is the lowest sulfate ions。 Solution of chlorine ion content relationship with the corrosion rate of the complex, the content of the solution nitrate ions and sulfate ions increases, the corrosion rate decreases slightly。
