摘要本次实验对DMC单体溶液可能存在的杂质进行了分类,对其中两种杂质建立了可靠的分析方法,同时对直接液液萃取的方法进行适用性评价。
首先,根据文献和本组对DMDAAC和DAC中杂质的相关研究,从杂质来源出发对DMC单体溶液中可能存在的杂质进行分析和分类。选取了两种杂质甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)和甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DM),建立了气相色谱分析方法,并对其建立了精密度和回收率评价。21348
结合DMDAAC和DAC单体溶液杂质分离方法,验证直接液液萃取的方法是否适用于DMC单体溶液中杂质的分离提取。对所选的两种杂质进行了萃取效率和萃取精密度的的验证评价。
通过上述研究,完成了对DMC单体溶液中可能存在的杂质进行了分类,建立了所选两种杂质的分析方法并验证了可行性。同时,验证了直接液液萃取对分离提取DMC单体溶液中杂质的适用性。为系统的建立全部可能存在于DMC中杂质的分析方法奠定了基础,同时为分析实际单体中杂质种类及含量提供部分可行方法。

Title Preliminary study on analytical method of impurities in monomer DMC
Abstract
In this study, the impurities possible existing in DMC monomer solution were classified, a reliable analytical method are established for the two kinds of impurity, and applicability evalutions were assessed for liquid-liquid extraction.
Firstly, according to the literature and the group’s research results of impurity analysis in DMDAAC and DAC, and the possible impurities in DMC monomer solution were analyzed and classified. Two kinds of impurities Methyl Methacrylate(MMA) and Dimethylaminoethyl Methacrylate(DM) were chosen to be analyzed by gas chromatography method, and the precisions and the recovery rates of the method were valuated and their reliability were fully verified.
Combined with the separating method of impurities in DAC and DMDAAC monomer solution,the method of liquid-liquid extraction was verified whether it is suited to isolate and purify impurities in DMC monomer solutions. Validation evaluations were made for extraction efficiencies and extraction precious of the method of liquid-liquid extraction for these two impurities.
Through the research, all the possible impurities in DMC monomer solution were classified,and the analysis method of the two impurities were establish and the reliability were fully verified.Meanwhile, the applicability of using liquid-liquid extraction to isolate and purify impurities in DMC monomer solution were assessed.The foundation was laid to establish systematic analyzing methods for impurities in DMC and a kind of feasible method were provided to analyze impurities in real monomers.
