摘要本文主要研究了在不同反应时间、温度、pH的条件下脲醛树脂对硼的吸附性能,并且比较了使用恒温振荡和强力剪切两种不同的实验设备,对硼的吸附处理效果的影响。在硼浓度为7000ppm的条件下,初步探索了脲醛树脂中甲醛与尿素的比例对吸附量的影响。结果表明,脲醛树脂吸附含硼废液为吸热反应,温度越高、碱性越强、脲醛树脂F/U越高,脲醛树脂对硼的吸附效果越好。强力剪切装置更有利于吸附反应的进行,经强力剪切力剪切后,脲醛树脂对硼的吸附量增加率为48.2%。21394

Title Urea-FormaldehydeResin Adsorption of Boron
Abstract
The adsorption capacity of urea-formaldehyde resin on boron under different reaction time, temperature, pH conditions were mainly introduced.And the adsorption ability of urea-formaldehyde resin on boron of constant temperature incubator shaker controller and shear mixer two experimental apparatus were compared. urea-formaldehyde resin on boron, the ratio of urea and formaldehyde in urea-formaldehyde resin to adsorbing capacity were preliminary explorated. The results show that, the reaction of urea-formaldehyde resin to boron-containing waste was endothermic reaction, the higher the temperature, the more strongly alkaline, the higher the F/U in the urea-formaldehyde resin, urea-formaldehyde resin adsorption of boron, the better. shear mixer experimental apparatus are more favourable for reaction process. After the shear mixer shear,the adsorbing capacity of urea-formaldehyde resin on boron increase rate of 48.2%.

1 绪论
1.1核电站含硼废水的来源
含硼废液是核电站运行和文修过程中无法避免的产物。硼及硼化合物在核电站运行中起到了巨大的作用,在压水堆核电站中,硼及硼化合物作为“冷却剂”用于核反应堆,即在压水堆核电站运行过程中,通过向反应堆中添加硼酸来控制其反应性,并且当换料或检修时也会向堆芯注入大量硼酸溶液保证反应堆的安全性[1]。通过废水处理系统处理后,硼酸会随核电厂其他放射性核素的废水一起到排入环境中。一座106kW的压水堆核电站,每年排放约132m3含硼7000mg/L的硼酸废液[2]。随着我国核电事业的蓬勃发展,大量含硼废液的排放对环境的影响受到了极其广泛的关注。 核电站含硼废液的处理方法研究:http://www.youerw.com/huaxue/lunwen_13577.html
