摘要:本设计的目的是设计出一个搅拌反应釜。在设计上要保证达到一定的工艺要求,在操作上则需要保证安全性和可靠性,在结构上要做到简单,从而便于以后的检修,在经济上也要做到实现设备的设计加工以及生产和日后安装文护的最少投资。本设计要求设计出一个搅拌反应罐,对其进行结构设计、强度计算,选取结构附件并设计搅拌传动系统和轴封装置。设计条件有:釜内介质为树脂,夹套内为蒸汽,釜内与夹套的最高工作压力分别为0.8MPa和0.4MPa,最高工作温度分别为150℃和140℃,装料容积为4m3。具体设计内容包括总体结构的设计、材料的选择、强度和稳定性计算、零部件的设计和选用等。通过本次设计,能够熟练查阅标准资料、收集相关数据、正确选择公式,正确系统地认识各种不同的反应釜结构及其适用范围,掌握设计化工设备的方法,并将所学知识运用到实际设计中,为以后的工作积累宝贵的实践经验。21606

The design of 4m3 Reaction kettle
Abstract: The purpose of this design is to design a stirred reactor, to ensure that certain technical requirements in the design. Ensure the operation safety and reliability is needed. To be simple in structure , so as to facilitate maintenance in the future. In the economy, it should ensure to achieve the design of processing equipment and a minimum investment in the production and installation and maintenance in the future . The purpose of the design is to design a stirred tank reactor, the main content include structural design, strength calculation , select the attachment and structural design stir transmission and shaft seal device. Design conditions are: the medium is the resin kettle , steam jacket , with a maximum working pressure within the reactor jacket was 0.8MPa and 0.4MPa, the maximum operating temperature is 150℃ , respectively, and 140℃, loading volume of 4m3. Specific design elements include the overall structure of the design , choice of materials, strength and stability calculations, design and selection of parts and so on. Through this design , able to skillfully standard data access , collect relevant data , the correct selection formula , the correct understanding of the various systems reactor structure and scope, master chemical equipment design methods , and apply the knowledge to practical design, accumulated valuable experience for future work .
