多聚磺酸-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物采用如下生产流程:苯乙烯磺酸与氯甲基苯乙烯共聚。然后加入苯乙烯单体、氯化亚铜催化剂、联吡啶催化剂,在隔绝氧气条件下进行聚合。蒸去溶剂,洗涤除去催化剂,即可得到多聚磺酸-聚苯乙烯嵌段共聚物。生产过程中也考虑了低成本、低污染、高性能、可循环利用等理念对车间进行合理设计和优化,并绘制了工艺流程图。
